The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, especially the shared bathrooms which were always impeccable. Couldn't find any faults at all. This place exceeded my expectations and made my trip to this city an unforgettable one.

This ski resort is perfect for a romantic getaway. The location is exceptional- practically ski-in/ski-out from the Gondola with restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. The authentic Japanese hospitality was top-notch and staff provided excellent service. The shared onsen/shower room was different but offered a unique local experience. Plus, the tatami mats and futons were exceptionally comfortable, and the drying facilities for ski gear were great.
The walk uphill from the village to the hotel can be tricky in the snow, but it's worth it for the location. The hot breakfast served promptly at 7:30 a.m. meant latecomers had cold eggs and sausage, but there are other dining options available nearby.

The hotel's breakfast was great. We enjoyed different options every morning during our stay. the location of the hotel was exceptional, just a short walk away from the gondola which made it easy for us to access the snow. There were many bars and restaurants nearby which was convenient for us.
The rooms were quite cold as there was no heating in the common areas. the gas heater in the room was not environmentally friendly.

The hotel has an excellent location close to the main ski lift, making it easy to get out skiing and access other amenities nearby. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a traditional Japanese feel. the breakfast was simple but good, and the staff provided great service, including allowing guests to store luggage after checkout. the onsen provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day on the slopes.
The shared bathroom facilities had limited space, which could be inconvenient during peak times.
